Responsibilities:
• Previous experience in retail, fashion, and customer service is required.
• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping environment.
• Offer personalized fashion advice and styling tips.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
2. Sales & Product Knowledge
• Actively promote boutique products to meet sales goals.
• Stay updated on new arrivals, trends, promotions, and brand features.
• Upsell and cross-sell items based on customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout.
• Restock shelves and arrange displays as needed.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems (cash/card).
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
4. Inventory & Stock Handling
• Assist in unpacking, tagging, and organizing new stock.
• Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock or fast-moving items.
• Participate in regular stock counts and audits.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
