We’re Hiring — Front Desk Receptionist

Step into a calm, inspiring space — Tone Wellness Studio is looking for a Receptionist to join our team.

Your Role:
• Greet and assist clients in-studio and online
• Manage class bookings, cancellations, and waitlist using our scheduling system
• Respond to calls, DMs, and WhatsApp messages
• Handle check-ins, payments, retail sales and bookkeeping
• Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area
• Support studio events and day-to-day coordination

What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, reliable, and organized
• Comfortable using booking/scheduling systems
• Strong communication skills in English
• Flexible with timings (mornings, evenings, weekends)
• Tech-savvy and proactive
