Description

The Chief Accountant will oversee all accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and support strategic decision-making within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage the day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
✅ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
✅ Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and forecasts.
✅ Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies.
✅ Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders as required.
✅ Support management in budgeting and financial planning.

Requirements:
???? Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
???? Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience
???? In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
???? Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
???? Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
???? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
