Office Administrator (Full-Time)
Location: Manama, Kingdom of Bahrain.

We are a dynamic non-profit organisation dedicated to community service and excellence in administration. We are currently seeking a detail-orientated and responsible individual for the position of Office Administrator to manage both administrative and financial (accounts) responsibilities of our facility.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in administrative and accounting roles.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is required
- Must possess Strong Business Communication skills
- Must be able to handle phone and face-to-face communication with dignitaries, visitors, and guests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Word, PPT and Tally ERP is essential.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information discreetly.
- Knowledge of local regulatory bodies (GOSI, LMRA) is an advantage.
- Experience in Construction industry is adding advantage.
