Responsibilities:
• Content Creation: Design and produce a wide array of digital media, including:
o Posters and Infographics: Create visually striking static graphics for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and online advertisements.
o Social Media Visuals: Develop engaging images, carousels, stories, and short-form videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter).
o Animations & GIFs: Produce dynamic and attention-grabbing animated content.
o Basic Video Editing: Edit short video clips for social media and digital campaigns.
• Social Media Management:
o Develop and implement social media content calendars and strategies aligned with client objectives.
o Schedule and publish content across various social media platforms.
o Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and foster online communities.
o Stay up-to-date with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all digital media creation adheres to client brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look, feel, and voice.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy for clients.
• Performance Analysis: Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of digital media content using analytics tools (e.g., social media insights, Google Analytics) to inform future creative decisions.
• Research & Innovation: Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital media technologies to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience 3 years in digital media creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and content creation abilities.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Canva).
• Experience with video editing tools.
• Demonstrable understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and strong proofreading abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Creativity, a proactive attitude, and a passion for staying ahead of digital trends.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to digital content.
• Knowledge of paid social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
• Experience in photography and/or videography.
