We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Furniture Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in furniture painting and finishing. This role requires advanced knowledge of painting techniques, strong attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes consistently.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a furniture painter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of furniture painting, staining, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to work with various materials such as wood, metal, and composite surfaces.
• Skilled in both hand and spray-painting methods.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to mix and match colors with precision.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare furniture surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling, and priming.
• Apply paint, stain, lacquer, or other finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers.
• Ensure smooth, flawless, and uniform finishes on all products.
• Mix and match paints to achieve the required color and finish.
• Inspect completed work for quality and correct imperfections.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in good condition.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards.
