What You'll Do:
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to our recipes and quality standards.
* Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.
* Provide outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately, handling transactions, and engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, prep areas, and seating areas.
* Educate customers on our coffee offerings, brewing methods, and retail products.
* Assist with inventory management and stocking supplies.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a strong passion for coffee.
* Knowledge of coffee beans, roasting profiles, and various brewing techniques.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
