Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Filipino lady tailor to join our boutique shop. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cutting, sewing, and tailoring high-quality garments for women. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

Take client measurements and interpret design requirements.

Cut fabric according to design patterns and specifications.

Sew, alter, and repair garments with precision and high-quality finishing.

Work with various fabrics including silk, chiffon, cotton, and lace.

Collaborate with designers or shop owner for custom orders and fittings.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Ensure timely completion of all assigned orders.

Requirements:

Female, Filipino national preferred.

Proven experience in tailoring and fabric cutting (minimum 2–3 years).

Ability to work with traditional and modern tailoring techniques.

Strong attention to detail and finishing.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Professional attitude and a passion for fashion and design.
