Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Amwaj island-Bahrain

Reports to: General Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong understanding of various social media platforms and digital advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in launching and managing paid ad campaigns, SEO/SEM fundamentals, and content creation using AI tools. A tech-savvy individual who is fond of technology will be a valuable asset to our organization, as this trait enables the candidate to learn new skills effectively. Familiarity with developing apps using no-code tools like Bubble is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
Create and schedule content for each platform using automation AI tools to reduce time consumption and increase efficiency, while ensuring engagement with the target audience.

Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.

SEO and SEM:
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility.
ensure SEO best practices are applied across all digital content to increase brand spread across digital channels.

Content Creation:
Develop high-quality copy and visual content for social media posts, blogs, and ad campaigns by
Utilizing AI tools for automation.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, social media engagement, and website traffic.

Collaboration and Strategy Development:

Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and social media.

Additional Skills (Preferred):
Basic knowledge of WordPress for content management.
Familiarity with developing apps using no-code tools like Bubble, enabling the transformation of ideas into functional applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business; Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
Proficient in using various social media platforms and advertising tools.
understanding of SEO and SEM Basic principles.
Experience with AI tools for content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data with affinity for numbers.
Tech-savvy and passionate about technology, with a willingness to learn new skills that enhance performance and adaptability.
