Reports to: Director of Technology Start Date: 1 August 2025 Location: Bahrain, Bahrain Contract Type: Local hire, permanent, full time Salary: TBC based on experience
Role Summary You will help manage our digital infrastructure and user support. With systems ranging from AI-powered learning to biometric diagnostics, this is a vital role supporting both operational excellence and educational innovation.

Key Responsibilities
● Provide first-line tech support to staff and learners
● Assist in setup and maintenance of devices and software
● Monitor network and report issues to the IT team
● Support secure and responsible tech use in learning spaces
Essential
● Experience in IT support or systems administration
● Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, LMS, and education tech tools
Desirable
● Knowledge of cybersecurity and PDPL compliance
