Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil QC / QS Engineer with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have strong field knowledge and technical expertise in civil trenching, asphalt works, and foundation works, along with a solid understanding of both Quality Control (QC) and Quantity Surveying (QS) practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality control inspections for trenching, asphalt, and foundation works.

Prepare and review quality documents and reports in compliance with project specifications.

Support quantity surveying functions including material take-offs, cost estimation, and billing.

Coordinate with planning, estimation, survey, and site execution teams for smooth workflow.

Maintain accurate records and documentation as per project and client requirements.

Assist in preparing and verifying site measurements and progress reports.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction (especially trench, asphalt, and foundations).

Good understanding of QC standards and QS principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to site conditions.

Strong communication and team coordination skills.
