### Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Manage all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor quotes and pricing.
- Prepare interim and final payment applications.
- Track project progress against budgets and forecast project costs.
- Conduct risk, value management, and cost control.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Support procurement and manage variations and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with legal and quality standards.

### Requirements
- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- *Experience*: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building finishing work or steel fabrication.
- *Skills*:
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
