*Key Responsibilities:*
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes.

- Provide training and guidance to crew members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including work hours, materials used, and project progress.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding project status and any issues that arise.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of project activities to meet deadlines.
- Resolve conflicts and address any issues that arise on the job site.
