Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to maximize revenue and market share in the GCC region.

Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement high-impact promotional campaigns.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of sales leads, accounts, and business development efforts.

Ensure compliance with hotel pricing policies and obtain approvals for special deals.

Deliver consistent performance against set sales targets and KPIs.

Represent the hotel professionally at industry events, trade shows, and sales trips.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the GCC hospitality industry.

Strong network of contacts and in-depth knowledge of the GCC market.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
