Job Responsibility

Must have at least a minimum of four years of experience in making confectionery items. This includes but not limited to:

Making of:

Cakes

Belgian style Waffles &
Pancakes

Pastries

Cookies

Coffee, Beverages and Mockatails.

Decorate the desert in an artisan way

Prepare and design Dessert Menu items

Learn New skills and refine the menu

Posses Hospitality Skills

It is also preferred that the chef can make Japanese style desserts.
