Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Caf? Manager to oversee daily operations at our caf?, which has multiple outlets across Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing a caf? or similar F&B outlet in the GCC, with strong knowledge of local food service standards, customer preferences, and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and food quality
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff with a customer-first mindset
• Handle inventory, vendor relationships, and ordering
• Ensure compliance with GCC health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Monitor sales, control costs, and meet monthly revenue goals
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Oversee POS systems, cash handling, and daily reports
• Implement marketing strategies and promotions to boost sales

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Caf? Manager or F&B Supervisor in the GCC
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus
• Valid GCC experience certificates or references preferred
