Knows how to :
Supervise and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts
Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations
Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards
Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Handle cash management and reconcile daily transactions
Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
Report any issues or maintenance needs to upper management
Lead by example and motivate staff to meet service and sales goals
