- Supervise and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts

- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and presentation standards
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Handle cash management and reconcile daily transactions
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams
