Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aluminium Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site operations for aluminium fabrication and installation projects. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of aluminium systems, and the ability to manage teams and meet project deadlines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all site activities related to aluminium works (windows, doors, curtain walls, cladding, etc.)

Ensure installation is carried out as per project drawings, specifications, and standards.

Monitor workforce productivity and allocate tasks efficiently.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Conduct site inspections and quality checks.

Maintain daily site reports, progress tracking, and workforce attendance.

Resolve on-site technical and operational issues promptly.
