Job Summary:

The Caf? Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the caf?, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily caf? operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage caf? staff.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Monitor and manage inventory, ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and work towards achieving sales and profit goals.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately; prepare daily sales reports.
• Create and implement marketing or promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and operational.
• Enforce company policies and procedures among staff.

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
• Proficient in POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality or management qualifications preferred).
