Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with expertise in fit-out projects to join our team interior company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supervising and managing on-site operations, ensuring quality and timely project completion, and maintaining effective collaboration with suppliers, vendors, foremen, and labours.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in supervision in fit-out and civil projects.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of construction materials, techniques, and fit-out processes.
Familiarity with contracts, procurement processes, and budgeting.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD300.000 per month
