Summary
Axipro, a team of experts, consultants, and auditors specializing in improving organizational management systems and official partners with Drata automated compliance tool, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant & Customer Success with strong customer support and presentation skills. This role will be crucial in supporting our team and enhancing client engagement within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) industry.

Role Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Virtual Assistant & Customer Success to provide comprehensive support to our team and contribute to positive client experiences. A key aspect of this role involves leveraging excellent presentation skills to assist in client onboarding, training, and ongoing support.

πŸ” What You'll Do:
βœ… Provide administrative and organizational support, including scheduling, email management, and document preparation.
βœ… Assist in the preparation of client-facing materials, including presentations, reports, and documentation.
βœ… Support the customer success team by facilitating client communication, addressing inquiries, and escalating issues as needed.
βœ… Utilize strong presentation skills to deliver engaging onboarding sessions, training webinars, and product demonstrations (potentially virtual).
βœ… Maintain and update client information and communication logs.
βœ… Contribute to the smooth delivery of our compliance solutions for SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and other frameworks.
βœ… Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team's efficiency and client satisfaction.

🎯 Ideal Candidate:

βœ” Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Success Role, preferably within a B2B environment.
βœ” Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
βœ” Strong presentation skills and comfort with presenting information to individuals or small groups (virtually).
βœ” Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and presentation software (e.g., Zoom, Google Slides, PowerPoint).
βœ” Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
βœ” A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
βœ” Familiarity with the SaaS industry is a plus.
βœ” An understanding of or interest in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) is beneficial.
