Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and cooking of Indian cuisine

Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards

Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations

Ensure ingredients are prepped and ready for service

Requirements:

Knowledge of Indian cooking techniques preferred

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced kitchen

Team player with a positive attitude
