We are a leading tailoring and garment manufacturing company based in Bahrain, specializing in custom uniforms for corporate, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and educational sectors. With a reputation for quality, reliability, and timely delivery, we are now looking to expand our footprint across Bahrain and the wider Middle East.
We seek a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with strong marketing skills to help grow our B2B client base and increase brand visibility across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development (Uniforms Focus):
• Identify and target potential B2B clients in the uniforms sector, including hotels, hospitals, schools, factories, retail chains, and government institutions.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with procurement managers, decision-makers, and facility managers.
• Generate and follow up on leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital platforms.
• Prepare tailored proposals, cost estimates, and presentations based on client needs and tender requirements.
• Drive sales conversions and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional tenders, RFQs, and contract bidding opportunities.
Marketing and Brand Promotion:
• Develop localized marketing campaigns to promote uniform offerings through digital and traditional channels.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to develop sales collateral (e.g., catalogs, product sheets, and videos).
• Oversee social media presence, LinkedIn outreach, and website updates to reflect corporate capabilities and past projects.
• Conduct market and competitor research to adapt strategy and positioning.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in uniforms, garments, or industrial supply sectors.
• Proven track record of building client relationships and closing deals in the Middle East.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with local business customs, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements in Bahrain and GCC countries.
• Proficiency in English is a must; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Valid Bahraini driving license preferred.
