Description

· Assign positions to class assistants based on requirements and skills
· Welcome the student into the class
· Monitor the students and ensure that they are doing the work at a steady pace in the best environment.
· Make sure children arrives and leave with the time slot.
· Manage class assistants to work as required according to their skills (rotate to busy areas).
· Updated attendance to be sent along with the respective fee bag at end of class.
· Sign the class assistants’ schedules.
· Update phone, parent’s numbers, class and birthdays.
. Update Students Database.
· Arrange transfer of students to other branches if necessary.
. Prepare for students diagnostic testing.
. Update the students file.
