✅ Job Requirements:
Must have previous experience in a manpower or recruitment consultancy

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Good organizational and follow-up skills

Should be presentable, professional, and well-mannered

🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and screening CVs for various job categories

Coordinate with clients regarding job orders and candidate requirements

Communicate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and documentation

Maintain candidate and client databases efficiently

Handle administrative tasks including data entry, document control, and filing

Support the recruitment team in day-to-day operations
