We are looking for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at a distinguished Italian restaurant. If you are passionate about Italian cuisine and have experience preparing classic and contemporary dishes, we would love to meet you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare dishes within the assigned section (pasta, pizza, appetizers, etc.) to a high standard.

Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.

Work within a team and collaborate with other chefs to ensure smooth operations.

Contribute to the development of new recipes and improve performance.

Requirements:

At least two years of previous experience in an Italian restaurant or similar kitchen.

Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.

Good knowledge of Italian cuisine basics and techniques.

Commitment, discipline, and attention to detail.
