Description

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a strong understanding of chemicals to join our growing team, a leading Chemical Trading Company. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and a solid background or knowledge of chemical products, along with the ability to build relationships, generate leads, and close sales effectively.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting our chemical products, identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and contributing to our growth in the chemical trading sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the chemical market, targeting both new and existing clients.

Product Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of chemical products to effectively advise clients on product options, pricing, and technical specifications.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.

Negotiation & Closing Deals: Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, ensuring a win-win situation for both the company and the client.

Market Research: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales progress, opportunities, and challenges to the management team.

Product Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.

Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and resolve any issues that arise.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the chemical or industrial products sector.

Knowledge of Chemicals: Solid understanding of chemicals, their applications, and the chemical trading industry.

Sales Skills: Strong sales abilities with a proven track record of achieving targets and building customer relationships.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable way.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

Team Player: Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment while managing individual sales goals.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in chemical trading or industrial sales.

Familiarity with chemical regulations and safety standards.

Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
