Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
Keep up with product trends and updates
Achieve sales targets and report regularly to management

Requirements:
Prior experience in IT or stationery sales (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy with a basic understanding of IT products
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
