Description

deal candidate must have work experience in:

1. Checking and processing orders in online ordering systems/social media.
2. Check the availability of the items and arrange for an alternative item.
3. Support customers by answering product and service-related queries.
4. Collecting the Orders from the customers based on the scheduled date & time.
5. Pick the relevant Products from the stores by considering the “Quality – Quantity & Expiry”.
6. Segregating the Products order-wise & bill the products by using POS.
7. Frozen /chilled products that are picked are stored in the designated storage area until the products are dispatched.
The frozen /chilled products to be dispatched in freezer van to ensure frozen foods remain frozen without any damage etc.
