Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Waitress to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally

Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area

Handle customer queries and resolve complaints efficiently

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service

Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a waitress in a hotel or restaurant

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and team spirit

Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Knowledge of POS systems is a plus

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
