Description of Roles and Responsibilities:

•Must have good technical knowledge of MEP and light civil works maintenance.
•General all rounder in terms of maintenance and organizational skills.
•Will be responsible for managing a team of 7 helpers and tradesmen, responding to maintenance complaints from tenants in our residential compound (more than 60 flats).
•Must be capable of using Microsoft Office and email.
•Must be capable of communicating with tenants and managing subcontractors/suppliers.
•Must be proactive and enthusiastic and willing to work long hours as the job may require emergency response.
•Must live on site in our property in janabiyah.
