Position: Client Service Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Executive representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Maintain timely status reporting with line manager on each project
• Assist clients with product information, issue resolution, and support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or client support is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge in the Advertising industry will be an added advantage
