We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telephone Operator Team Leader who has good experience in the hospitality industry to oversee our dedicated team, ensuring efficient and professional communication with our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the telephone operator team to ensure high-quality service standards.
- Coordinate daily operations, schedules, and staffing to meet call volume demands.
- Train new team members on company protocols, communication skills, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance through call audits and feedback sessions.
- Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve communication processes and customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and confidentiality standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a telephone operator, customer service representative, or team leader in the Hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software and communication tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus.
