A leading Company in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ a Lawyer for its group of companies
Job Description:
• Draft legal claims, notices, letters, statements, and any other related documents in both Arabic and English.
• Coordinates all cases with Manager, Legal Affairs related to Partners & Divisions.
• Reviews & follows up all cases filed by & against through the Prosecution Court, Executive Court and records all hearings dates with decisions systematically.
• Follows up major Courts cases with Police Stations, General Prosecution, Ministry of Industry & Commerce, Ministry of Labor & LMRA.
• Maintains all the case files with brief summary on each of the files, listing the case numbers, dates, hearing, Court decisions for ready reference.
• To perform all other related jobs as assigned by the Directors, & Manager, Legal Affairs. Prepare Reports as needed for the Management.
Requirements:
• Law degree from an accredited university
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a practicing lawyer in Bahrain
• Proficient in Arabic, both in writing and speaking
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, processing and prioritizing tasks efficiently
• Must have a valid Lawyer License
