Description

Looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our production process, ensuring that we deliver beautiful, high-quality furniture on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a team of production staff, including carpenters, upholsterers, finishers, and assemblers.
Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring the availability of materials and supplies to meet production demands.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet our high standards.
Identify and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.
Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure product manufacturability.
Analyze production data and reports to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a safe and positive working environment for all production staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in furniture production management.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with production planning and scheduling software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
A passion for furniture and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
