Description

We are urgently looking for an Accountant cum Admin Assistant at a property management office in Riffa. We prefer Indian Female candidates Only.

Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Prepare financial statements and reports.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
Support payroll processing and employee expense reports.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement.
Handle office correspondence, filing, and documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in accounting or related roles.
Familiarity with accounting software and MS Office.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Team player with a cooperative attitude.

Salary offered BD 250 per month, accommodation provided and all other benefits as per labour law is provided.
