*Quality Control*

1. Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with specifications.
2. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality and progress.
3. Identify and address defects or deficiencies.

*Safety Management*

1. Develop and implement site-specific safety plans.
2. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.
3. Investigate incidents and near-misses, implementing corrective actions.

*Documentation and Reporting*

1. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports and incident reports.
2. Prepare and submit regular reports to project stakeholders.
3. Document site conditions, including photographs and videos.

*Collaboration and Communication*

1. Collaborate with project stakeholders, including contractors, architects, and engineers.
2. Communicate effectively with site staff, contractors, and suppliers.
3. Resolve conflicts and issues promptly.

*Other Responsibilities*

1. Manage site logistics, including traffic management and waste disposal.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Participate in project meetings
