We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper cum Cleaner to join our central kitchen team. The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, equipment cleaning, and maintaining hygiene standards in the production area.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Food Prep Assistance:

Peeling, cutting, and cleaning onions .

Pressing and shaping patties as per guidelines.

Supporting the kitchen team in basic production Tasks.

✔ Cleaning & Maintenance:

Deep cleaning of kitchen machinery, equipment, and workstations.

Sanitizing the production room, floors, walls, and storage areas.

Ensuring proper waste disposal and adherence to hygiene standards.

✔ Compliance & Safety:

Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.

Wear appropriate protective gear (gloves, apron, hairnet, etc.).

Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors.
