Searching for an IT Specialist:

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and students across various systems.
- Maintain and manage inventory of IT equipment.
- Generate and present detailed reports on IT performance and inventory.
- Introduce and implement new technology and innovative schemes to enhance the IT department.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure their IT needs are met efficiently and effectively.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic (fluent communication is a must).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Experience with various IT systems and technologies.
