Key Requirements:

. Proven experience as an Electrician and Plumber, with at least [X years] in a similar role.

. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.

. Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations for both electrical and plumbing work.

. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues efficiently.

. Physically fit and capable of handling tools, lifting materials, and working in various environments.

. Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in electrical or plumbing fields is an advantage.

. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or after-hours emergencies, if required.
