Roles and Responsibilities:
? Overseeing and supervising all activities of the purchasing department.
? Planning identifying the materials and equipment required for the projects
? Reviewing the project requirements to ensure timely procurement of goods and services
? Sourcing and selecting suppliers for construction materials machinery, and services
? Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
? Ensuring all the orders are processed and delivered on time
? Preparing reports, budgets and cost analyses.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience as a Supply Chain Executive or in a similar position.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, tools, equipment, and procurement best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Management or a similar field preferred.
• Ability to analyse and compare supplier offers and make data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
