Service Crew: Duties and Key Responsibilities
• Greet the guest once they enter in outlet and explain the menu, promotions and products.
• Answer questions about menu items, make recommendations upon request.
• Describe the ingredients and the cooking methods.
• Take the customer orders and make smart suggestions
• Monitor the Order delivery time and update your customer accordingly.
• Follow the direction of supervisor and managers.
• Ensure that condiments such as sauces and napkins are added to the packaged food items.
• Assemble meals on a tray and offer the tray to the customers.
• Follow the Cash Procedures mentioned as follow:
o Always announce the Total bill Amount.
o Announce the bill received from the customer.
o Count and hand over the change to the customer.
o Keep the notes face down in the cash drawer.
• Achieve set objectives and Targets.
• Assist customer with special needs ie. Ladies, kids, customer with heavy bags etc.
• Suggest ideas to improve business and service.
• Contribute towards cost controls.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Keep up with the brand image at all times.
• Assist your supervisor for stock/ inventory checking.

Kitchen Crew: Duties and Key Responsibilities
• Maintain high-level of food quality and taste as per the standards.
• Ensure that FIFO, stock order plan and inventories is well maintained
• Assist the Kitchen Supervisor for staff schedule and kitchen cleaning schedule.
• Ensure the kitchen is run in the same professional manner as the standards of 3 lines.
• Ensure daily communication and with relevant departments.
• To be flexible with duty hours and willing to help the outlet during busy hours as required.
• Collaborate with the assigned duty supervisor, to review the requirement for the outlet kitchen.
• Taking part in ordering and cost control to avoid production and unnecessary food wastage.
• Practice at all times HACCP and onboard sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with 3 lines stands.
• Operate all the equipment’s according to company standards operating procedure.
• Maintain the confidentiality with regards to recipes and Standards.
