Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Glass/Solar Panel Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and optimal performance of glass surfaces and solar panels, contributing to the efficiency and aesthetic appeal of our projects. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
• Cleaning:
o Clean exterior and interior glass surfaces of buildings, structures, or solar panel installations.
o Remove dirt, dust, grime, bird droppings, and other debris from glass and solar panel surfaces.
o Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to ensure streak-free and damage-free cleaning.
o Perform specialized cleaning for solar panels to maximize energy efficiency.
o Clean frames and surrounding areas of glass and solar panels.
• Equipment and Safety:
o Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including squeegees, brushes, poles, and pressure washers.
o Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
o Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or aerial lifts, as required, while following all safety guidelines.
o Handle cleaning solutions and chemicals safely and responsibly.
o Perform pre and post operation checks of equipment.
• Maintenance and Inspection:
o Inspect glass and solar panels for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
o Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and inspections.
o Ensure proper storage and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
• Experience:
o [Preferred: Previous experience in glass or solar panel cleaning within industrial or manufacturing companies.]
o [Consider: Experience in general cleaning or maintenance roles.]

• Skills:
o Ability to work at heights safely.
o Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.

o Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
o Basic knowledge of solar panel systems(if required).
• Other:
o Valid driver's license.
o Ability to pass a background check.
o Certification for working at heights (preferred).
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work at various heights.
