Requirements:

Minimum [2-3] years of proven experience in Human Resources.

Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.

Previous experience in a similar field/industry is a must.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Familiar with local labor laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment and staffing processes.

Handle employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.

Maintain HR records and handle administrative tasks.

Coordinate with management on HR policies and procedures.
