Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Site Engineer with a strong background in residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E.) in Civil Engineering
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in residential/construction projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel
• Strong understanding of civil engineering techniques, design, and project management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
• Monitor and supervise site activities to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
• Assist in resolving technical issues on-site.
