Job Responsibilities:

Personal Assistant Duties:

Organizing daily schedules and meetings

Accompanying the employer to tasks and meetings when needed

Managing personal and administrative communications

Coordinating and following up on personal commitments

Assisting with clerical and administrative tasks

Maintaining complete privacy and confidentiality at all times

Online Selling Duties:

Monitoring orders through the online store

Responding to customer inquiries via platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, email, etc.)

Data entry, updating and managing product content on the website and online platforms

Preparing orders and scheduling deliveries with shipping companies

Managing online inventory in coordination with the team

Tracking payments and generating simple sales reports

Requirements:

Filipino nationality only

Age between 21 and 30

Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Arabic is a plus

Presentable appearance and professional etiquette

Proficient in using computers and social media platforms

Previous experience in personal assistance or online sales is a plus
