Position Overview:
As Sous Chef, you will work closely with our Executive Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. You will be a key leader in ensuring food quality, creativity, consistency, and team development—playing an essential role in maintaining the high standards that make the restaurant a standout in the local dining scene.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in menu planning and execution, incorporating seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
• Manage inventory and control food costs without compromising quality
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a culture of growth and professionalism
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume, quality-focused kitchen
• Culinary degree or equivalent practical experience
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and modern culinary trends
• Excellent communication, organization, and team management skills
• Passionate about food, innovation, and delivering memorable dining experiences
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
