Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Gym Receptionist with robust sales skills to serve as the first point of contact for our valued members. In this role, you will handle administrative duties, assist with membership inquiries, and actively promote gym services to drive revenue. With your engaging personality and professional presence, you will create a welcoming environment and enhance the overall gym experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Customer Service:
Greet and welcome members and guests with a professional and friendly attitude.
Manage front desk operations, including handling inquiries, bookings, and administrative tasks.

Sales & Membership Promotion:
Utilize your sales expertise to promote gym memberships, services, and products.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional programs and services.
Maintain a strong knowledge of our offerings to respond to client needs effectively.

Administrative Support:
Ensure accurate record-keeping and data entry of member information.
Assist in managing appointment schedules and daily operations.

Team Collaboration:
Work closely with gym management and staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
Contribute ideas and strategies to promote the gym’s growth.

Candidate Profile:
Nationality: Filipino - very presentable and fit
Age: 25 to 35 years

Education & Experience:
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industries.
Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is essential.

Personal Attributes:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly presentable and well-groomed with a striking appearance that aligns with the premium nature of our gym.
A proactive, energetic approach with an ability to engage and motivate members.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: BD 260 – 300 inclusive

Visa & Relocation: Immediate visa transfer provided
