Core Responsibilities
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Generating reports for management as and when required.
• Preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Issuing invoices, credit note, debit note request to customers related to stock.
• Monthly bank reconciliation.
• Assist Bank management functions.
• Managing freight and customs related tasks -invoices, payments, delivery note and passing necessary system entries.
• Assist in HR tasks related to accounting department.

Requirements
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures and with work experience as an Accountant for minimum 1 to 2 years.
• Knowledge on MS Excel skills including vlookups, pivot tables and few basic formulas.
